A british singer song-writer is on the come up as a solo artist having wrote songs for Chris Brown and the ever so popular "Party In The U.S.A". I first heard of her about a few months back and now she has a single out with B.O.B called "Price Tags". Jessie J has a dirty pop kinda feel with her electric british accent.
